Description

Matzah is unleavened bread eaten for the duration of the Passover festival. According to Jewish law, owning or eating chametz (leavening) is forbidden. When God delivered the Jewish people from captivity in Egypt, they departed in such haste that their bread remained unleavened.

Matzah that is kosher for Passover must be made from only two ingredients; flour and water, and within eighteen minutes, from start to finish.

Yehuda Matzos Classic Matzah is made from high-quality white flour and pure water. Each step of production is overseen by a team of qualified bakers and under strict supervision. The matzah is sealed in cellophane for freshness.
