Description

Olgar Distillery created a unique Sky Blue Gin for Lev Haolam to capture the blue of the waters and heavens during the creation of the world.

Olgar Distillery’s extraordinary Israeli Sky Blue Gin is a true masterpiece. This gin captivates with its unique and alluring sky-blue hue, setting it apart. Crafted with precision and artistry, it’s a tribute to the vibrant skies of Israel.

The harmonious blend of botanicals that infuse this Sky Blue Gin gives it layers of flavor, making it a stand-out choice for cocktails. Olgar Distillery suggests serving it over ice with a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Meet the Producer
Olgar Distillery

Olgar Distillery makes boutique liqueurs in the north of Israel. The company was started by a lovely couple, Olga Rudashevsky and Gregory Rabin, who wanted to create a company that reflects their unique vision and values.

Olgar Distillery solves a problem for local farmers, fruit that can not be sold because it has blemishes or is fast-ripening. The couple has a mission that transcends simply making liqueur. They are helping farmers and creating prize-worthy spirits.

Olga runs the business, and Gregory, who studied distillery in Europe before immigrating to Israel, creates unique Israeli flavors for their spirits.
