Cacao HaGalil was founded by Chanie Koenig, a trained chocolatier who left New York to follow her dreams and make a home in northern Israel. Each batch is tempered in small quantities, as Chanie melts white chocolate made from fresh Israeli milk and pure cocoa butter.
