Every creation begins with premium cocoa butter and fresh local milk, tempered slowly by hand to achieve a velvety, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Chanie molds, cools, and wraps each bar individually, ensuring that no detail is left to chance. Her mission is simple yet profound: to restore honest, hands-on artistry to Israeli chocolate-making, one exquisite bar at a time.
