Shay Gluten Free was founded by Shay Tshoova, whose search for safe, nutritious food for his daughter — diagnosed with celiac disease — led him into the world of gluten-free baking. What began as a father’s determination became a fully operational gluten-free facility in the Migdal Oz industrial park, south of Jerusalem, where the team now produces flours, baked goods, and specialty mixes with a strong focus on health and clean ingredients.
The factory has grown into a place where experience and problem solving come together. Every batch of granola is handled with the same care that shaped the company from its earliest days: from sourcing quality ingredients, roasting each blend to the right texture, and packaging it in a setting designed to support families who rely on gluten-free food that they can trust.
