Both products come from small Israeli workshops where craftsmanship means more than what goes into the package. One honors the memory of a fallen soldier and the friendship of his fellow Golani Brigade veterans. The other is handmade by a family business that creates meaningful work and opportunities for young adults with developmental disabilities.

Dark-roasted Arabica Caturra with a touch of turmeric, roasted and packed in Israel’s Ella Valley.

Inspired by the way Sergeant Major Omer Gaeldor z”l prepared coffee for his unit between missions, this blend carries on a tradition of friendship, warmth, and remembrance. After Omer fell in Lebanon in November 2024, his friends, including fellow serviceman Yosef Sixou, began making the blend themselves.

Earthy and balanced, with a clean finish, it’s a comforting cup with a meaningful story behind it. Enjoy it brewed using your favorite filter or pour-over method.

Slow-cooked caramel, butter, cream, and salt come together in this rich, handmade Israeli toffee. The salt is incorporated into the caramel itself, creating a balanced flavor in every bite.

Each piece is individually wrapped and made by hand by Oded and Eyal Fenster. Their workshop combines traditional confectionery craftsmanship with a meaningful mission: giving young adults with developmental disabilities the chance to build practical skills, confidence, and real work experience.

Firm at first, then wonderfully soft as it melts in your mouth, this is a little treat worth slowing down for.
