A Personal Connection to the Dead Sea

Avital lives and works in Kibbutz David, in Israel’s Jezreel Valley, where she creates her boutique natural remedies. Soap is one of her signature products, and she makes sure there is always at least one variety featuring Dead Sea mud in her collection.

Her connection to the Dead Sea began during her military service in the Nahal Brigade, when she was stationed in a kibbutz nearby. The work was demanding and the desert heat intense, but Avital remembers something magical about the place. That experience stayed with her, inspiring her continued appreciation for the natural gifts of the Dead Sea.
