Drawn from the rugged hills and terraces of the Judean Mountains, Judean Spices’ Green Spice is a fragrant blend of herbs that connects every meal to the ancient fields of Israel. Each ingredient — hyssop, thyme, parsley, coriander, basil, and more — is cultivated and dried with care, preserving the same aromas that once filled the kitchens and marketplaces of our ancestors.
This blend brings the taste of the land to your table: earthy, fresh, and full of vitality. Sprinkle it over roasted vegetables, fish, or warm bread dipped in olive oil, and you’ll taste the living heritage of the Judean hills. The packaging, simple and natural, mirrors the land it comes from — humble, enduring, and rooted in the soil of Israel.

Judean Spices — Green Spice
Yehuda Miller established his boutique business in the Jewish settlement of Bat Ayin, located in the rolling Judean hills. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants that grow naturally in this region and has developed a reputation as a healer in the area.
He has spent his adult life learning about the naturally growing plants in Judea and finding ways to release their healing potential. Yehuda, a religious man, feels strongly that the healing properties of plants grown in this area are more pronounced because this part of the Holy Land is the region where prophecy took place and its influence on the land is still felt.
Each spice blend that he develops is born out of his love for cooking, and for the unique flavors available from the plants growing in this region.
