Oksana and Hemi Tzem297ach established the Desert Magic Factory at her home, Moshav, Kadesh Barnea, in 2002. (A moshav is an agricultural settlement).

Desert Magic was founded by Oksana and Chami Zemach in Moshav Kadesh Barnea, a small agricultural community in the western Negev near Israel’s border with Egypt. In a region defined by wide-open desert landscapes and challenging growing conditions, the Zemach family built a business dedicated to transforming local produce into high-quality jams, spreads, sauces, and specialty foods.

Established in 2002, Desert Magic began in the family’s home and grew through a commitment to craftsmanship, carefully sourced ingredients, and a deep appreciation for the agricultural potential of the Negev.
