Chocolate is a Jerusalem-based company making creative and delicious chocolates. Chocolatte was founded in 2007 by Koby Abud.
Koby is a highly hard-working person with a clear vision. He wants to create the best chocolate that he can while living in the Holy City of Jerusalem.
He has one employee, but Koby still does most of the work to keep his business alive, often cheerfully working fifteen-hour days!
His boutique factory has a small coffee shop at the entrance where you can meet Koby, sip coffee, and, of course, eat chocolate!
