Amalya is a talented artist living in the hills of Jerusalem in the rural town of Tzur Hadassah. 

Over the years, Amalya has perfected her distinct paper-cut art. Drawing on the Jewish tradition of illuminated texts, she loves including Biblical verses in her art. Then she paints colorful images inspired by the nature of the Holy Land. Finally, she makes cuts in the paper that add to the interest and beauty of her work.
