Her business is named Asvata because in Aramaic, the language of the study of Judaism’s Holy texts, it means ‘herbal medicine’’ while also calling to mind the Hebrew word ‘esev’ which means ‘herb.’ She is a busy mother, a teacher, shares her knowledge with others, and the author of seven books of historical fiction.
