Judah Coffee is a boutique coffee roasting company located in Gush Etzion Judea. This boutique coffee roasting company was started by Shem and Shoshi Beck in 2018 to fulfill their dream of roasting the highest quality coffee in Israel.  

In 2011, the Beck family embarked on a wonderful new adventure. They decided to follow their hearts and move from California to Israel. They came with the dream of opening a quality coffee company once they settled in their new (ancient) homeland. 

They established their home in the quaint settlement of Bat Ayin and quickly set about establishing their business. They are proud to roast high-quality coffee in Israel. They donate a portion of all their sales to help ecological efforts to support Israel’s coastline.
