Boaz Levy is a budding Israeli entrepreneur with a love of coffee. After years of being a business writer, Boaz moved from theory to practice and opened his own business. 

Led by his love of coffee, he established his boutique coffee roasting business in 2023. He named the company Bruno in a nod to Italian coffee heritage. Bruno means brown in Italian. 

 Boaz brings an Israeli touch to his coffee roasting by roasting his artisanal beans in small batches, by hand, in the modest studio behind his home in the settlement of Elazar in the Gush Etzion region of Judea. 

Boaz is proud that Bruno will play a role in developing his small Jewish community and hopes that with continued growth, he can hire locals to help with the roasting and packaging!
