FonBak is a quintessential Israeli family business. It was established by Genady Surpin in Barkan, Samaria, in 2005. After immigrating to Israel with his family, Genady wanted to establish a business in his ancient homeland.

He had the insight to understand that his family recipes, which had been handed down through the generations, would be the perfect way to begin his new life.

FonBak began making delicious chocolates and sweets and evolved to include healthier products like nuts and nut butter over the years.

Genady’s business and family have grown together, and today three generations of Surpin men work at the company.
