Golani Coffee is an Israeli coffee project created in memory of Sergeant Major Omer Gaeldor zt”l, a Golani Brigade soldier who fell in Lebanon. The blend was started by his fellow soldiers — Yosef Sixou and his commander, Noam Kaplan — to keep his memory alive and to honor the way he lived: by taking care of others.
