Madgan is located in Haifa, along Israel’s northern coast, where it operates as a spice and snack boutique rooted in the tradition of the Israeli pitzuchia. The shop welcomes visitors to experience the colors, scents, and variety of nuts and spices, while production takes place in the back, where the team roasts and prepares its own line of snacks.

The staff focuses on refining each product and works with simple ingredients. While many shops across Israel sell similar products, Madgan prepares its own in-house, maintaining oversight of each batch. This marks the first time they are sharing their products beyond the shop, connecting their work in Haifa with tables across Israel and beyond.
