Moshytz Coffee is a boutique coffee roasting company based in Jerusalem. Moshytz was founded in 2017 by Daniel and Noa Moshytz, who run the company out of their apartment.

Daniel fell in love with coffee while traveling in Australia, and following his return to Israel, he purchased his own coffee roaster and perfected the art of roasting coffee.

They began selling at farmer’s markets and from a mobile cart in the heart of Jerusalem. Soon Daniel and Noa developed a loyal local following for their small-batch hand-roasted coffees.

They continue to roast their beans from their home-based cafe and warmly welcome guests to visit for coffee tasting workshops and purchase beans.
