Olgar Distillery makes boutique liqueurs in the north of Israel. The company was started by a lovely couple, Olga Rudashevsky and Gregory Rabin, who wanted to create a company that reflects their unique vision and values. 

Olgar Distillery solves a problem for local farmers, fruit that can not be sold because it has blemishes or is fast-ripening. The couple has a mission that transcends simply making liqueur. They are helping farmers and creating prize-worthy spirits.

Olga runs the business, and Gregory, who studied distillery in Europe before immigrating to Israel, creates unique Israeli flavors for their spirits.
