Orna and Ouri Ozeri, residents of Gush Etzion for over 42 years, established their business Tznobar in 2003 in Rosh Tzurim in Gush Etzion. Tznobar, which means ‘pine nuts’ in Hebrew, is famous for its delicious nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and spices.

Over the years Orna and Ouri have grown their small business and developed a loyal local following. Customers love making Tznobar part of their week, stopping to purchase healthy snacks for Shabbat, and to add into packed lunches during the week.
