Yaakov Daniel is an acclaimed Israeli artist who specializes in illustrated Judaic texts.

Yaakov began his journey as a young art student in Tel Aviv. Following his religious awakening, he studied the sacred art of writing Jewish texts and became qualified as a sofer stam (writer of Jewish texts.)

He soon found that his heart was led to illuminate the texts he was writing with beautiful images that brought each one to life. It was a life-changing choice. He was one of the first and only people in the world who created illustrated original Judaica, and he quickly became a sought-after, collected artist.

Yaakov lives in Jerusalem and continues, as he always has, to create outstandingly beautiful art from his home.
