Yatir Almonds is a specialty almond farm in the Arad Valley, south of Judea. The farm is the joint effort of families that live in three settlements in the area of Hebron: Carmel, Maon, and Yatir. 

In the 1990s, they discovered that the climate and the soil were perfect for growing a unique Israeli variety of almond trees. The farmers have planted a large orchard of almonds trees, which they tend year-round, harvesting their almonds in a traditional method from the ground.

Their Israeli-grown almonds are a healthy and delicious way to experience the flavor of the Holy Land.
