This apron feels like Hanukkah spread out across the kitchen table. Set against a deep blue background, the fabric is covered in warm golden illustrations—menorahs, dreidels, candles, wine bottles, olive branches, challah, and the word “Hanukkah” woven playfully into the pattern. It’s festive without being loud, rich in detail without feeling busy, and instantly recognizable as a holiday piece meant to be used, not just displayed.
The design taps into the small, familiar moments of the holiday: lighting candles as something simmers on the stove, frying latkes while oil pops, setting out sufganiyot as guests arrive. This is the kind of apron that becomes part of those rituals year after year, pulled out before the first candle is lit.
Made from durable fabric, the apron offers full front coverage to protect clothing during cooking and baking. Bright yellow ties at the waist add contrast and allow for an adjustable, comfortable fit. The material is lightweight enough for easy movement but sturdy enough for real kitchen work—whether you’re cooking for a crowd or just making something special for your family.
Packaged in a branded box, this apron also works beautifully as a Hanukkah gift. It’s practical, celebratory, and rooted in tradition, making it an easy choice for hosts, home cooks, or anyone who loves bringing the holidays into the heart of the home.

Blue & Gold Hanukkah Apron
Barbara Shaw was born in Sydney, Australia, and made the bold decision to follow her heart and move to Israel in 1986.
Barbara has an incredible eye for color and design. When looking for unique, made-in-Israel gifts, she discovered that what she was looking for did not exist. She immediately went to work and designed bright, uniquely Israeli aprons, dish towels, and tote bags that she could give as gifts.
In 2008 she formally established her business. She expanded her line to include designs on ceramics, serving-ware, wood, glass, stationary, perspex, baby gifts, a Yiddish line, and t-shirts.
Barbara’s goal is to create beautiful, practical modern items that capture the spirit of Israel. Her tag line is “Jewish gifts that smile;) And it is hard to imagine not feeling joyful when looking at her functional art.
Barbara’s diverse team, which now includes her son Boaz, who is working on business development with his mom, is committed to excellence. All of Barbara’s gorgeous creations are made in her Jerusalem workshop.
