Yael Shelyfshtain is a talented glass artist who has created an exclusive handmade glass house blessing with touches of Israeli sky blue in the design.
In Israeli culture, placing house blessings in homes is a cherished tradition reflecting Israel’s deep spiritual and cultural connections to our heritage.
The House blessing is designed to be placed on a wall where you will see it. Many have the tradition of putting the house blessing near the front door. Yael’s blessing features the house blessing in traditional Hebrew script.
The English translation:
In this house, the blessing will sing.
The Shekinah (presence of God) will dwell in this house.
May this house be blessed by heaven.
And it will be like a tree planted by streams of water.
Love and friendship will be present.
Only happiness and joy will be heard.
In this home, a sea of prosperity, blessing, and success.
These blessings provide a feeling of comfort and protection, imbuing the household with a sense of sanctity and continuity. House blessings create an atmosphere of warmth and spiritual well-being within the home.
Yael’s beautiful artwork is a meaningful way to remind your household that all blessings come from our creator! The house blessing is a meaningful gift for friends and loved ones and is particularly suitable for housewarming celebrations.
