Yehuda Miller, founder and creative force behind Judean Spices, crafts unique spice blends inspired by the land of Israel and the Bible. His carefully curated mixtures bring the authentic flavors and aromas of the Holy Land to your kitchen, enhancing everyday meals and special occasions alike.
For the Passover Seder, Yehuda prepares a delicious roasted lamb using his signature Roast Beef Spice Mix, a well-balanced combination of spices that enhances the flavor of all meat dishes, including lamb, beef, chicken, and turkey. He also recommends trying it on roasted vegetables for added depth and richness.
In spring, as the land of Israel blooms with vibrant yellow flowers, Yehuda’s inspiration led to the creation of Yellow Spice, a fragrant blend that brings warmth and vibrancy to any dish. It pairs especially well with roast potatoes, roast chicken or turkey, and vegetable soup, making it a versatile and essential addition to your spice collection.
With a deep connection to the land and its culinary heritage, Judean Spices offers a taste of Israel in every meal.

Roast Beef Spices Mix & Yellow Spice
Yehuda Miller established his boutique business in the Jewish settlement of Bat Ayin, located in the rolling Judean hills. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants that grow naturally in this region and has developed a reputation as a healer in the area.
He has spent his adult life learning about the naturally growing plants in Judea and finding ways to release their healing potential. Yehuda, a religious man, feels strongly that the healing properties of plants grown in this area are more pronounced because this part of the Holy Land is the region where prophecy took place and its influence on the land is still felt.
Each spice blend that he develops is born out of his love for cooking, and for the unique flavors available from the plants growing in this region.
