This rose soap is handmade in Israel by Efrat Prins, a wife and mother of seven who lives in the Binyamin region town of Mevo Horon. Each bar is made by hand using plant based ingredients, and is then shaped and finished in small batches.

The bar is infused with a soft rose tone, with rose buds and rose petals visible on the surface. When water is added, the soap releases a floral scent led by rose and supported by lavender, geranium, orange, lemongrass, and ylang-ylang essential oils. The fragrance develops gradually during use and remains close to the skin after rinsing.

Olive oil, palm butter, shea butter, coconut oil, and castor oil form the base of the soap, which produces a creamy lather that feels smooth and substantial in the hand. The bar wears down slowly over time and changes shape with regular use at the sink or bath, and is a wonderful addition to a cosmetics collection from Israel.
