Description
“The herb of the field” Genesis 3:18
This wonderfully aromatic spice from Judean Spice was inspired by Yehuda Miller’s love of cooking and his love of the land of Israel, in particular the Judean Hills that surround his home in Bat Ayin.
The Green Spice is an artistic blend of hyssop, thyme, parsley, coriander, fruticosa, sage, garlic, and salt. (Salt 3 grams per 100 grams for those watching their sodium intake)
The wonderful flavor from the spice is a living way to connect to the lives of the ancestors of the Jewish people, the prophets, and kings who lived in this ancient land and flavored their meals with the same healing herbs and plants.
The Green Spice is wonderful added to olive oil for a bread dip, sprinkled on veggies, added to salad, and for grilling chicken and fish.

Yehuda Miller established his boutique business in the Jewish settlement of Bat Ayin, located in the rolling Judean hills. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants that grow naturally in this region and has developed a reputation as a healer in the area.

He has spent his adult life learning about the naturally growing plants in Judea and finding ways to release their healing potential. Yehuda, a religious man, feels strongly that the healing properties of plants grown in this area are more pronounced because this part of the Holy Land is the region where prophecy took place and its influence on the land is still felt.

Each spice blend that he develops is born out of his love for cooking, and for the unique flavors available from the plants growing in this region.
