Matzah is one of the most recognizable symbols of Passover. It represents the hurried escape of the Israelites from Egypt, when there was no time for the bread to rise. These Chocolate Coated Matzos from Yehuda Matzos Moshe Ludmir & Sons Ltd. combine indulgence with tradition, by offering a crisp, and airy matzah that’s wrapped in a rich chocolate coating. The contrast between the matzah’s light crunch and the smooth sweetness of cocoa feels familiar, yet special for the holiday.
For centuries, Jewish families have gathered around the Seder table, breaking matzah as a reminder of that journey. Here, that same matzah can be enjoyed with a layer of chocolate to add a touch of sweetness to a central Passover ritual.
Produced in Jerusalem, Yehuda Matzos has been baking matzah for generations, and following strict kosher standards to ensure authenticity and quality. Their dedication to preserving Jewish tradition is reflected in every batch, using time honored methods while finding thoughtful ways to make matzah enjoyable throughout the holiday. This chocolate coated version is a fitting addition to the Passover table, whether served after the Seder or shared during the week.
“And they baked the dough which they brought out of Egypt into unleavened cakes, for it was not leavened; because they were driven out of Egypt and could not delay, neither had they prepared provisions for themselves.”
