Yehuda Matzos

Yehuda Matzos is a beloved Israeli matzah manufacturer. It is now in the care of the seventh generation of the original founding family, the Ludmir family.

The bakery was first established in the small northern town of Zefat in 1921. After Israel was declared a state the company relocated to Jerusalem, the Holy City, in 1949, where they have since then, making and baking matzah, cookies, and biscuits in addition to matzah flour for home use.

Yehuda Matzos has emerged as an Israeli matzah manufacturer with well respected kosher matzah products and special kosher for Passover products.
