How to Prepare Tahini

1. 1 cup tahini paste
2. ¾ cup lukewarm water
3. 2-4 cloves of garlic (to your taste)
4. ¼ cup lemon juice or less or more (to your taste)
5. Salt (to your taste)
6. Mix all ingredients and blend by hand or with a mixer.
7. Once prepared, this recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
