All honey has a unique flavor profile that depends on the flowers and trees the bees have visited. Goldreich Wildflower honey is a wonderful way to taste the sweetness of the Holy Land! The apiary is nestled in the Samarian Hills near Kfar Tapuach, and the bees visit the wildflowers in the area. Shmulik can bottle sweet and fragrant honey for us to enjoy!
Goldreich 100% Pure Wildflower honey is never heated as heating honey dulls the flavor and can minimize the nutritional benefits.
One of the first signs of 100% pure honey is that it forms crystals in the jar. When that happens, you can place the bottle of honey in a bowl filled with warm water; after a few minutes, your honey will be drizzle-ready. Just make sure that the water is not boiling. You don’t want to overheat the honey. Just gently warm it.

Goldreich is based in Kfar Tapuah Samaria and is the passion project of the Goldreich family. The Goldreichs base all their formulas on holistic health practices and natural healing abundance.
They grew up close to the land with a deep love and respect for the Holy Land. As youngsters, they spent their free time exploring the beautiful hills and valleys adjacent to their home. They fell in love with the land, the flowers and trees, and the bees they met along the way.

Until today they follow the same traditional practices, guarding the bees and the honey from the flower to the jar. They never heat, nor do they degrade the honey with additives lest they reduce the healing benefits of their 100% pure Holy Land Honey.
Over the years, as the company grew, they were introduced to the world of medicinal plants. They realized that every plant has unique healing benefits, and when carefully combined in the correct proportions, you can create synergistic benefits and products that enhance your health and vitality.
