Spring Valley Spice Mix is an aromatic blend of Israeli spices that are perfect for adding a touch of Israel to any dish you prepare. The spices were all grown in the Holy Land in the Valley of the Springs at the foot of Mount Gilboa.
This versatile blend is a perfectly balanced combination of turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, and coriander balanced with the piquant spiciness of paprika, pepper, ginger, garlic, and salt.
It is ideal for enhancing the flavor of all dishes but is particularly well suited for meats (on the grill or in the oven), fish, and vegetables.

Avshalom Mushay started his company Green Spice specifically to provide employment opportunities to Israelis with special needs and vulnerable people who might not otherwise find meaningful work.
His company, Green Spice, hires special needs adults and young adults from his community, Beit Shean, to work in the factory and pack the spices. Avshalom believes that having a place to work positively impacts their self-esteem and gives his employees a feeling of satisfaction that comes from earning a living with dignity.
He brought over 17 years of experience in the agricultural spice industry to his venture. He maintains strict quality control over each spice that he mixes. He specializes in small batch production, using organic and naturally grown herbs and spices from local Israeli farmers.
Avshalom never uses preservatives or food coloring instead of relying on the flavor of the spices grown in the Holy Land.
