The story of Pangaea Foods started with Sarah Regev, who spent over 25 years working behind the scenes in Israel’s food industry, producing snacks for some of the country’s biggest brands. But something was missing. She wanted to create something of her own—snacks made from real, wholesome ingredients that didn’t rely on artificial additives or unnecessary processing. So she took a leap and started Pangaea Foods, a brand built around simple, plant-based snacks that actually taste good.
The name Pangaea comes from the ancient supercontinent that once connected all of Earth’s landmasses. Just like that, Sarah wanted her food to feel natural and connected—made with real ingredients, thoughtfully sourced, and as close to nature as possible.
From a small boutique factory in Mishor Adumim, Pangaea Foods makes everything with care, using minimal processing and keeping things clean. Most of the snacks are sweetened with dates instead of refined sugar and packed with plant-based protein and fiber, making them a great option for anyone looking for a healthy, satisfying snack.
