Each batch is mixed and pressed by hand. Sara blends the fruit and nuts until the texture turns smooth and fragrant, then adds a touch of decaffeinated coffee for depth and aroma. When the bars set, she finishes them with a scattering of coconut, giving each one a natural, pale crust.
