Elevate your cooking with the authentic flavors of Israel using the Roast Potato Spice Mix from Judean Spices. Crafted by Yehuda Miller in the community of Bat Ayin in Gush Etzion, this aromatic blend brings together garlic, za’atar, sumac, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, and black pepper.
Yehuda draws inspiration from the native plants of the Judean hills and his lifelong love of cooking, creating a mix that is deeply traditional and wonderfully versatile.
Perfect for potatoes, this seasoning can also be sprinkled over roasted vegetables, rubbed onto meats, or stirred into hearty soups.
With its balance of earthy herbs, zesty sumac, and the gentle heat of black pepper, every dish gains the rich aroma and layered flavor of Israel. Each jar represents the land, the harvest, and the family traditions of Judea, ready to transform your table into a pristine reflection of the Holy Land.

Judean Spices – Roast Potato Spice Mix
Yehuda Miller established his boutique business in the Jewish settlement of Bat Ayin, located in the rolling Judean hills. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants that grow naturally in this region and has developed a reputation as a healer in the area.
He has spent his adult life learning about the naturally growing plants in Judea and finding ways to release their healing potential. Yehuda, a religious man, feels strongly that the healing properties of plants grown in this area are more pronounced because this part of the Holy Land is the region where prophecy took place and its influence on the land is still felt.
Each spice blend that he develops is born out of his love for cooking, and for the unique flavors available from the plants growing in this region.
