Ingredients
Rolled oats 2 Cup
Chopped nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, or pecans) 1 Cup
Tahini 1/2 Cup
Date honey (Silan) 1/2 Cup
Vanilla extract 1 Tsp
Kosher salt 1/2 Tsp
Dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots) 1/2 Cup
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, tahini, silan, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Stir in the dried fruit until evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press down firmly with a spatula to compact it.
