Milk 1 Cup
Date honey (Silan) 1/4 Cup
Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour 2 Cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped nuts 1/2 Cup
Chopped dates 1 Cup
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Step 2
Mix milk, honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl.
Step 3
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves together in another bowl; stir into wet mixture until just blended. Stir in nuts and dates. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake cake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Step 5
Allow cake to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with tea or coffee. Enjoy!
