Tahini 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup
Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup
All-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 Cup
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Baking soda 1/2 Tsp
Kosher salt 1/4 Tsp
Pecans, roughly chopped 1 Cup
Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then stir in the tahini, eggs, sugar, and oil until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the banana mixture, stirring just until the dry ingredients are incorporated.

Fold in the chopped pecans, making sure they're distributed throughout the batter.
